How do I place an order?
Browse products by category, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery details and confirm your COD order.
Do I need an account?
No — guest checkout is available. Creating an account lets you track orders and save your details for faster checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days depending on your area. You'll see shipping cost and free-delivery thresholds at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched, we can usually update or cancel it.
How do I track my order?
Use Track Order with your order number and the phone used at checkout. If you're signed in, open My Account → Orders and tap Track order on any purchase.
