How do I place an order?
Browse products, add items to your cart or order form, enter delivery details, and confirm your cash-on-delivery order.
Do I need an account?
No — guest checkout is available. Creating an account lets you track orders and save details for faster checkout where supported.
Do I pay online?
Most stores use cash on delivery. You pay when your package arrives unless the checkout flow says otherwise.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days depending on your area. Shipping cost and free-delivery thresholds appear at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched, we can usually update or cancel it.
How do I track my order?
Use Track Order with your order number and the phone used at checkout, or open My Account → Orders when signed in.
Can I return an item?
